"YIT LATVIJA" celebrates the topping-out ceremony of "Rubīns", its tallest residential project to date

At present, the construction of the "Rubīns" project's building frame and window installation has been completed, with the residential building already reaching its full volume and silhouette. In parallel, interior works are actively underway – partition walls have been built, floors have been concreted, and finishing works have been completed up to the fourth floor. Likewise, the main engineering utilities have been installed, and their installation continues within the apartments. In the coming months, roof and facade works are planned to continue, alongside the commencement of territory landscaping, which will gradually create a complete and orderly living environment.

"This project is unique not only for its high-rise character but also for the approach we are taking to develop it. Even before construction began, we offered apartment pre-reservations, which allowed us to gauge market interest – the results proved that demand in this neighborhood is high. Currently, more than 20% of the apartments are already sold or reserved. Most interest is shown by residents of the Zolitūde and Imanta neighborhoods who wish to improve their quality of life while remaining in their familiar and preferred environment. This demand is a significant signal of the area's attractiveness and development potential, confirming both the need for new housing in Zolitūde and the trust in YIT as a developer," states Andris Božē, Member of the Board of SIA "YIT LATVIJA".

Alongside the new construction, YIT has placed a mobile consultation office on the project site, providing interested parties with the opportunity to learn about the project, the materials used in the interior finishing, and to receive individual consultations regarding the apartment purchase process. This solution allows potential buyers to receive the information they need at the specific project location, gaining an immediate impression of the neighborhood.

"This is the first YIT mobile consultation office at a project under development in Latvia. We see that it is important for interested parties not only to choose a home but also to understand how it will be built and what solutions will be used. We plan to use this approach in other projects in the future," points out A. Božē.

"Rubīns" will not only become a visually striking accent in the Zolitūde silhouette but also embodies the YIT approach to creating energy-efficient homes with modern solutions, including recuperation systems, individual heat energy accounting, panoramic windows, and solar panels for communal needs.

The project offers various types of apartments – for young families, couples, and single-person households – with 2, 3, and 4-room apartments available ranging from 39.7 to 100.2 m² and balconies or terraces from 5 to 18 m², featuring full interior finishing. A special emphasis is placed on the upper floors of the building – the 12th floor features a unique apartment with two terraces and views in three directions, while the 13th floor houses only four exclusive, spacious apartments with inspiring views over the treetops.

For the convenience of residents, parking spaces with electric car charging options, closed-type garages, storage rooms, and two elevators are provided, while the landscaped territory will be suitable for residents of various generations.
