Completing construction of 6th stage, development of the “Biķerziedi” complex has been finished. The five-story residential building has 90 apartments with 1-4 rooms, underground and onground parking places. The building has commercial premises with a separate entrance. 

The new complex "Biķerziedi" is important not only to the fact that it is positioned in a strategic location in Riga sentences, with excellent public transport and infrastructure required to live around, but also because it is one of Riga's historic greenest areas.

The residential complex "Biķerziedi" is situated in a strategical location in Riga — the Teika district with excellent public transportation and required infrastructure around, and the location is one of the greenest areas historically developed in Riga.

Each house contains two-, three- or four-room apartments with the living spaces between 46 m² and 88 m²; the apartments have balconies. The building has both underground and overground parking places. The building has three stairways. Apartments are fully finished. The territory is lighted and planted green, with a playground.

The complex of buildings is located at 5, 7, 9, 11 Pupuķu Street (former 68 Gulbju Street), near the Riga City amidst a pinewood; in quiet and calm neighbourhood. The project is located in a strategically convenient and significant place, easy to reach both from the centre of Riga across the Southern Bridge, and from the direction of Ziepniekkalns or Ķekava.

The complex of buildings is located at 5, 7, 9, 11 Pupuķu Street (former 68 Gulbju Street), near the Riga City amidst a pinewood; in quiet and calm neighbourhood. The project is located in a strategically convenient and significant place, easy to reach both from the centre of Riga across the Southern Bridge, and from the direction of Ziepniekkalns or Ķekava. Not far from the complex such infrastructure objects can be found as supermarket A7, an affiliate of Health Centre 4, the headquarters of the SEB bank and other important objects. On the other bank of the Daugava river in a very close future also trade park ‘Akropole’ will be available there.

The project at Hospitāļu iela 39 is located in the historical center of Riga, in the quarter between Kareivju, Hospitāļu and Ierēdņu streets. The quiet and prestige quarter is a walk away from the active center of the city and the cafés, restaurants and theatres of Old Riga. The six-storey dwelling contains 67 modern, high-quality and comfortable one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments with living area from 35 m2 up to 103 m2. In the Hospitāļu street facade, each apartment has a French balcony.

The building has two stairways — one from the Hospitāļu street side, the other from the yard. Interior of apartments is fully finished. The territory is lighted and planted green, with a playground.

The building was awarded the 1st place in the “Gada būve 2014” (Building of the Year 2014) competition in category The Best Dwelling House — New Building.
