The complex of buildings is located at 9, 11 Pupuķu Street (former 68 Gulbju Street), near the Riga City amidst a pinewood; in quiet and calm neighbourhood. The project is located in a strategically convenient and significant place, easy to reach both from the centre of Riga across the Southern Bridge, and from the direction of Ziepniekkalns or Ķekava.
